| What is ideal? It’s a bit like asking a woman what are her favourite shoes? She may have one special favourite but in reality she will like lots of different styles, colours, types…… And does it not depend upon the outing or the colour of her outfit, handbag, etc? So in reality this is a bit of a silly question. My ideal partner has several dimensions all of which combine to make the whole. Interesting would be a good starting point but don’t be put off. Many people think they are uninteresting but it all depends upon the perspective of the person who we are talking to. As you will be new to me you will be interesting. What are your interests? What is involved? What do you believe? What excites you or drives you to distraction? All fascinating areas of potential discussion. My ideal partner will be someone who has reached a point in their life where they want to supplement their current environment with a part time relationship. Something that can build over time to become more intense the more we get to know one another. (As such I am not into one night stands as they are not very meaningful or fulfilling) Someone who wants to meet up and share time with their friend / lover and who, when we are together, surrenders to the moment so that they are totally immersed. Someone who likes good conversation and wants to discuss lots of different things. Someone to share special moments and is happy to spend all day in their lover’s arms (time permitting). Someone who can compartmentalise our relationship so that it doesn’t impinge on their real life. Someone who gives and expects total discretion. As to shape and size these are not really an issue as every woman has their own unique beauty. There are sexy rubenesque women and unattractive slim ones and vice versa. Age is also not an issue as I know some people who are young but mentally and physically old and those who are old who are sharp witted and sprightly. | After lots of conversations I have come to ponder whether just going for a cup of coffee and asking a complete stranger to join me wouldn't be a much better idea..... Expectations would not be incorrectly set and there would be a separation of those who want to just play online to those who want to materialise a relationship....Is there no one out there who wants a traditional affair......who is nice, who is trust worthy, who is mentally and socially stable..... I'm person looking for a connection with another interesting soul in a similar situation. I am not looking for a series of one off encounters as I want to build a part time relationship with someone who I think is special. By part time I mean someone who can find time on an ongoing basis to meet and build a relationship which has the benefits and intensity of something precious. I like good conversations and I appreciate the need to listen and not always provide solutions (sometimes it’s just good to talk). I like nice restaurants and a glass of wine. I go to the gym twice a week in an attempt to stay fit. I’m not into celebrity culture or sport as I find these, in the main, somewhat transitory in nature. There is always another celebrity and another sports personality. I like science and technology but am not a gadget freak. In fact I have very few gadgets when I come to think about it. I also like films especially those where the ending is not as one expected. |

| Hi, firstly let me wish you all the very best on your travels in terms of what you are looking for. I really do hope you find what your soul craves and that that itch, that constant nagging.... can be satiated in the people who you meet and on your life's journey. However, for this knight in shining armour it has once again come to that time where pieces of silver are required to remain on the field. Whilst the coin is not an issue, the returns have not been favourable and the thing that I seek has been elusive. I have therefore decided to stable my horse and concentrate on the myriad of other interesting projects I have neglected. I could alternatively join a dancing class where there is always a shortage of men and where I can hold a series of women even if ever so briefly (and who knows....there are always the coffee breaks and the occasional event to make a connection.....). So please note. I will not be able to read any emails that you send me I occasionally log in. The only thing I will be able to see is that I do have email and the associated title. So GOOD LUCK and enjoy the journey..... ################################################################################################## What can I say? I think I'm not too bad looking and I am happy in my own skin. My hair is greying but it is all mine. I’m not skinny but I’m not huge either. I don't have tattoos or any other form of body decoration. I also have all my own teeth which would be a good sign if you were looking for a horse...lol. I like fine cloths and would love to have everything made by hand. That way one can choose the colours, the fabrics, the styles.... |
