Having an affair changed my life. The woman I started seeing earlier this year trained for marathons and got me into running.
What is the biggest lifestyle change that has come out of an affair for you?

Only way to meet during lockdown was on the bike, really kept me fit as the gyms were closed. 90 mins either way along the coast. It was worth it.

Your Ultimate Desire - OMG! You need to check out YouTube. Love bombing is quite common and so are narcissistic types.- it’s totally insane.
All comes from very low self worth/poor parenting. Being recently single, I’m seeing it all over the place... be warned, gen up on it, learn to see the signs. It’s really scary... evil in some cases.

Gave me the shock of my life, but made me realise my own strength as I walked away totally aware of what was happening as I’ve been educating myself.
Made me much stronger and more resilient.

My IE relationships have been quite straightforward, not affairs, no weekends away, no
parallel lives, just filling something missing at our homes, dedicated time for good sex,
with warmth and no reservation, not quite afternoons in a Travelodge but nearly that sometimes, one friend at a time even if others join in due to the lack of reservation!
Basically putting a spring in everyone's step.

That makes sense. It's nice to have someone to keep fit and look good for and be appreciated for what you do. I've also learnt so much about how to truly please a man..
