Private Pictures

I have returned to the site after a bit of a hiatus.

I have noticed there is a lot less demand for photos straight away. Maybe something to do with everyone just wanting to talk more generally? Just curious if others have noticed the same.

@EmilyW what you suggest to do when you don't really feel attracted from the pic?
I know it might sound shallow but I don't see the point to keep going if I don't find a physical connection.

I don't know what to say or to do on cases like this without affecting the other person's confidence? x

Don’t you just hate it when you‘ve been chatting, share your picture password to then be ignored. You send a message an hour later to say ‘a thanks but no thanks would have sufficed. Happy hunting’ to receive a ‘you’re stunning, just what I’m looking for...’ then be blocked!! 😂

I might not be everyone’s cup of tea but seriously, am I that scary? Manners cost nothing

Don’t worry mate. It’s just the same for me. We either have it or we don’t. I don’t pretend or try to look or be something I’m not. Some people do , some don’t and some just have the golden touch. Something to do with the natural order dam it.

Seems much the same to me. Unfortunately there isn't any guarantee that the exchange of passwords will be a two way process. But it should always be 2 way.

In regards to photos. I think mine may be letting me down. I do consider myself to be quite attractive. But after sharing them,I have had a few 'not my type' responses or even 'ghostings.'
Does anyone have any advice on photos (men)?

It is extremely rare that I would decide from a photo … it is just to get an idea of what the other person looks like … final decision is only made after meeting in person.

I don't have a problem exchanging photos early. Men, especially men on IE, are visual creatures so it's better to get that over with and not waste each other's time.

However, there is no need for rudeness from either side.

A little frustrating to be asked for a picture to be then told no thanks without being given anything from them! Id say it was a little bit rude.

I agree. People seem to have a lot more time so aren’t so quick and keen to see a photo straight away as they have time to properly talk and interact.

I tend to like to know the person a little bit first but understand if people want to see the photo straight away. I don't go by the photo 100%, photoshoot, filters some people can't do selfies, etc.
Photos of legs, chests etc don't impress me though. I know what they look like

To be totally honest, I don't see the point in chatting to someone unless you fancy them so I like to get their password early on. I'm after that 'wow he's a bit of alright' when you see them so that instant attraction is a must!. Sounds shallow but you can't kiss a face you don't like the look off !
