" Sportster1200L - Hardly any do actually."

Then either put it on yours or in an early message.
Any important elements that I have not written on my profile I write in an early message.

As with profiles height/age/ often they are missed by the reader, however one can but try!
I was arranging a first meeting with someone, highlighted an element, which had been sent in an early message, which they had either missed or ignored.
End of that potential IE.

Sigh

“If you are planning to have an affair it is often best to start changing your routine BEFORE you find someone if you need to”

You’re not wrong, some folk really haven’t thought about how they will make time for an affair. Luckily I have a busy social calendar anyway so can add a few fictitious events to my diary without raising eyebrows

This is why I think it should be mandatory to state on profiles when you are normally available to meet as having mutual free time is so obviously essential. It would save so much time and effort if this was clear from the outset."

Some people do add it to their profile or cover it quickly in the first message or so
- can only meet business hours
- can only meet in an evening
etc etc

If you are planning to have an affair it is often best to start changing your routine BEFORE you find someone if you need to.

Yes you begin to yearn for wifey to be a bit more inspector Clouseau, rather than inspector Morse.

As I work freelance, I also have a lot of Business Contacts, one, in particular, I have known for over a year, has her own waterfront home up in town. So easy to add to my calls for the day, some days my diary it totally fictitious.

If you work for yourself and by yourself with your own premises and do get out and about anyway you very rarely need to use a friend as an excuse for meets during working hours. Not eveyone can meet often then of course.

It gets difficult to justify evening and weekend meets if you do not normally socialise with you own friends then, more so if your spouse socialises with them sometimes too and can contact them if they are suspicious of your alibi.

This is why I think it should be mandatory to state on profiles when you are normally available to meet as having mutual free time is so obviously essential. It would save so much time and effort if this was clear from the outset.
