Easier to meet?
Is everyone finding it easier to arrange meets now that the restrictions have lifted slightly?

Hotel Feedback
One of my friends and their IE went off to a newly opened hotel.
The receptionist who checked them in (oh the irony, all those who had been up in arms about over use of plastic, now desperate for more!) into one of the three funnels of 6ft high thick plastic everywhere ... was more interested about highlighting about how everything feels 'so safe' and them using the correct pen to sign in than anything else.
The receptionist on the way out was happy to finally be back at work, (and still have a job!) and as exasperated as them about the over reaction of it all.
Friend said often they had been asked the name of the guest, this time... no interest at all, just lecturing about how 'safe' it all feels.
Enjoy :-)

The difficulty for me is with working from home finding an excuse to get out. Impossible until the offices start to reopen, which is so frustrating!

Don't explain anything at the hotel. They know it's not your wife. Just book online, turn up, leave a key for your partner.
They're actually not interested in who's joining you, if you arrive in separate cars at different times, have an early check in and don't leave the room all day, they know you're not married ... Well not to each other anyway

Book a hotel room
And say your wife is coming to join you later.. and may be leave the room for a while , and leave the key in the reception .. and come after she comes.. which makes it look very normal ..

The offer to stay overnight in hotels has picked up pace, all those I have used both socially and on business have sent out emails,
Time has come to re enter the world of check in.

Hotels - does anyone know if they ask questions at check in re relationship, etc?
Nope. Book and pay online. If you arrive separately, check in, collect the key and leave one at reception for your partner.
I made that mistake the first time, i got there first, put on my sexiest undies, high heels, the works, then had to collect him from reception 😂

Hotels should be ok I think, it's the hotel bar or hotel carpark where the PI will be taking photos so just don't do any PDAs! One of the many ways the GDPR laws go in our favour is regarding hotel check in questions, they can ask, but they can't tell!

Many it is all done on line ....
From those who have given feedback ... nope, many will just want / need the business!!
Arrive separately is possible at some hotels, or one registers, then comes out to collect when the other arrives?
You are having an affair, time to use your imagination, think outside of the box, solve the puzzle :-)
Enjoy ... and feedback if you are successful :-)
