Don’t fall in love!!!! so true that phrase ..turned me into a mindless zombie when my IE and i split as we both fell head over heals with each other and we wouldn't or couldn't leave our other halves .we decided when we split which was this year ,that we wouldn't communicate by phone only text as our feelings were to strong and we could not bear to hear the others voice ..its difficult as i well know but try try not to !!!!

Definitely communication and honesty between each other if one wants to have lots of different people make it clear to your IE partner and then he or she can decide if it is acceptable to them.
Good communication means keeping in touch regularly not excuses like "I'm just too busy to chat and say a few words" I for one do not buy that s***!!
If you are not interested just say it's not hard

For me, my cardinal rules are:

1- Please don’t spend your affair time talking about your marriage
2- Don’t ask the other person to talk about their marriage
3- if it’s not working out don’t just disappear and go ghost... Use your words... 😊
