Can anyone top this?
My husband bought me a screwdriver set as a Christmas present. I felt like that was the final straw so I joined IE. Can anyone else’s spouse top that gift??

I’m guessing that’s not the kind of screwing you’re looking for. Maybe put it on EBay and spend the money you get from it on some sexy underwear for your new lover

I had a box of kleenex tissues one Christmas, but at least they were not open!

One of those stupid tw@ cards that try to be funny but are actually really insulting...

Lol my hubby gave me a box of Torx screwdrivers once. Thing was, I was on an engineering course then & some of my hobbies were exploring & refurbishing old electronic devices.
Not all "boring" gifts are backed by laziness or whatever else negative things people who just love to complain about everything, can come up with.
Sometimes, these seemingly clueless boys we married, are just really trying to make life easier for us & they genuinely believe they're helping.
I mean, can any of us safely say we've never given them socks for Christmas? I have (but also give better gifts throughout the year, on random days of no significance). 😂

Ha. That was either a really bad suggestive pun. Or a really bad present! You're in the right place either way.

Considering some of your previous very condescending comments to me on this Forum over the past months, it's a bit rich of you to now complain that my light hearted comments are "patronising and rude" ... you've obviously lost your sense of humour and I've obviously hit a raw nerve ... if you want to take it that way, that's your prerogative.
