We experience several glimpses at new potential IEs everyday via profiles.
What are the red flags that you've seen that usually put you off?
Maybe adjectives people use for themselves, photos or lack of it, some expressions...

Following on from @ClassyLady77
On the opposite end of the spectrum, when you’ve moved past the non-sex chat and trying to get an idea whether he might be a sexual match, he refers to things like ‘best to do it in real life than talking about it’. Mate, it’s IE. Getting laid is a major part of why people have signed up 😉

Puts me off when men want to talk about sex straight away.. That to me is red flag as mean they're only interested in short term rather than an long term affair…
Another one is lying. Don’t lie to a fellow cheater.. I have 0 tolerance..
When men put no intimacy on their profile aka just here for sex…
Im too cynical and a prude 😂

You are totally correct in your theory.

Less 'red flag' and more 'pass by immediately' are:
"I enjoy the finer things in life"
[you will need to pay for five star hotels and Michelin star meals]
"You must be over 6' tall, fit, handsome, good head of hair, live within a one-hour of me, have plenty of time to meet, etc etc etc"
[58, Dumfries, Average body]
"I'm bored"
[Let me find my Court Jester outfit]

To me, anything that suggests an attitude problem. For example, a profile containg a little rant on her husband, or a long shopping list of prerequisites (beard yes goatee no, posh accent but edgy personality, rugby player body but no broken nose, etc), or asymmetrical expectations ("send me your pw but i dont have pictures to share"), or personality traits ("I am fussy", "I get bored quickly") that are curiously out of step with what she has to offer (body type: average; a boring profile full of cliches).

Red flags 🚩
Hmmmmm… let me think 🤔
Male members favouriting you. They get an alert to say you are online and then they start messaging you, sending VK’s or gifts.
Even if you have messaged them back saying thanks but no thanks they just don’t give up 🙄😕.
To me that is almost stalker like 😟😒

People who don’t respect age preferences. I get messaged by a lot of older men… all it makes me think is if your wife is no longer interested, why on earth would you think I might be 😂

Nothing entered.
That's a bucket of red flags delivered straight from the flag factory.

Want to address something I read...
I think people misunderstand the "happily-married" line. They're communicating that they want something on the side that fulfills a part of their needs that aren't being met and they believe it isn't worth the damage and pain to tear up their situation. To the end they are managing expectations that whatever encounters they embark on with you, do not expect it to turn into something more or to replace that element of their life. Not a red flag in the slightest to me; they have the foresight to manage expectations and save themselves and other parties some time...
Profiles that have massive rants of expectations that haven't been met. There's nothing wrong with establishing what you're looking for so long as you're certain of it, but so e profiles have a real ranty prose to them. I know it's frustrating, but unattractive to me - I will listen to people when they need to, but if you're leading with that energy, no thanks.
