About Me:

I’ve been lurking here on and off for some time now, often wanting to jump in but I never thought I could make it work. Well now I do, and here I am! I’m an easy going guy who enjoys a good evening out be it dining, drinks, live music, just being together or all of the above. I am not a particularly serious person, I enjoy a good punchline and would never [intentionally] bore you with mundane discussions, but would ultimately have to defer to you as to whether I have a GSOH. I come up this way for work -- which I do a lot of; head’s down desk stuff -- but at the end of the day I like to switch off put it behind me and enjoy the evening. I hate nothing more than spending the evening alone, which I have done a lot of recently, but nor do I like evenings spent with work colleagues reliving the office over dinner and drinks! As such I’m looking for someone to escape with. Travelling up this way I’ve become somewhat of an expert on Harrogate hotels and can claim to be a bit of a hotel snob, therefore I can assure you that I am not of the Travel Lodge type…

Ideal Partner:

I am looking to meet someone for companionship and fun in the West or North Yorkshire area, specifically Harrogate or somewhere within reach such as Leeds or York. Someone who would like to meet up on a regular basis for dinner, drinks or simply just to be together. I have no particular type in mind, just someone preferably also married and/or who is comfortable with being with someone married, and who would be happy to keep in regular touch via email and the occasional discreet phone call when we are apart. I travel to Harrogate regularly always staying for a few days, and do so 2 to 4 times a month and am thus free during the weekday evenings (and overnight of course), and daytime meetups are also possible with some planning. Unfortunately my carriage turns into a pumpkin by Friday evening and thus am not yet available on weekends away, trips to the continent, etc... If this is suits you then let’s chat…
