About Me:

I’m a 6 ft 6 ex rugby player who keeps himself in good shape via running, cycling, hill walking and kayaking.

Having grown up in London I was introduced to the countryside and outdoor activities during my teens and still have a passion for the outdoors.

Walking / hiking on Dartmoor, kayaking along rivers I find to be great stress busters.
