About Me:

Hi. I'm a generally fit& healthy guy married 40+ years to a lady who, health wise, has not been quite so fortunate. It has affected our love life. We all have our reasons for being here and that is my main one. I am recently retired (I was a director in a health care business). I can be fairly flexible about getting away for several hours and occasionally evenings or weekends. I come with a ready smile and looking for fun. xx
I am 5'11" tall and I've kept my weight around the 12 1/2 st. mark for the last 25 years. I still have most of my own hair, which I keep short and tidy. I am quite sporty, training regularly. I like to do enough to keep myself fit, keeping my core strength, but I'm not an obsessive body builder. I try not to take life too seriously and I'm always up for a laugh. I tend to dress smart/casual, but I'm just as comfortable at a black tie function.

Ideal Partner:

My ideal partner in this relationship would be that friend with benefits that I see occasionally. Discretion is very important. I would prefer my new lady friend to be in a stable relationship of her own. She should be an understanding person who would like to correspond regularly with the intention of meeting every now and again for some quality fun time together. I would prefer that she is physically fit, in good health, outgoing and looking for fun. Our meetings don't need to be weekly, although it would be nice if she were not too far away.
