About Me:

You’ve arrived! Thank you for taking a look. I have been here before but quite a few years ago, back then I met a lovely lady and we enjoyed each others company for around six years or so. Hopfully that qualifies me as fairly normal, and certainly lacking two heads or any other oddities.

I enjoy mountain biking, motorbikes and cars in general, the arty side of me gets involved with photography when the mood takes me.

I like to visit the pub, and I enjoy breaks away - normally touring on my motorbike. It’s a great excuse to get away from the house on my own. I enjoy concerts mainly rock, but I’m not adverse to an evening on The Southbank watching a classical performance, and enjoy the motoring events at places like Goodwood.

I was 59, but have moved on by a few days recently, but don’t feel that different to when I was 39, my cycling and a bit of pilates are attempts at keeping fit and healthy.

I’m here for the usual reasons - being married to someone who is just a friend really, we meet up in the kitchen for dinner each evening and have separate TV’s and occupy different ends of the house. I miss the affection and buzz of a relationship when we were younger - that dressing up for a dinner date, flirting, the arousal of perfume on your neck, someone actually wanting you…..

Before it’s too late, I’d love to meet someone in a similar situation, neither of us wanting to change the status quo (too much invested in the past to move on), but both looking for that something extra; a stolen afternoon, a night away, or even just to meet up for a coffee on a Saturday morning.

I’m looking for a lady who is fun, tactile, and preferably feminine. I’m certainly not looking for a quickie, a stable long term relationship with that one special secret person.

For my part, I prefer to wear a jacket and shirt etc. with proper brogue shoes. I don’t own a baseball cap - not in public anyway!

I think I have a dry sense of humour, I’m an extroverted introvert, or an introverted extrovert, if you know what that is. I run my own business, so I’m probably relatively assertive, and it does mean I’m in control of my own time, and can be away from the home or business without anyone asking questions.

Being completely practical, it’s lovely to hear from ladies who’s picture show off their “assets” to one degree or another, and are based the far side of London, but you really need to be on the Hampshire/Sussex/Surrey borders, which is where I’m based. And call me old fashioned, but I suspect those ladies and their “assets” have ulterior motives beyond the realities of the real lady I’m hopefully looking to meet.

So I’m normal guy, I’m courteous, with some manners, I guess that might be boring, but hopefully not to you!

Ideal Partner:

My ideal partner would be discrete (I can assure you, that I would be), probably married, and certainly feminine, I can stay at home for jeans and flat heeled boots.

You’ll be fun to be with, you’ll be sexy, perhaps teasing and tactile, you’ll enjoy a good glass of wine, you’ll be intelligent. You will want to get out of the rut that we both find ourselves in even if that is only discretely and for a short time. A day in town, a day at the races, an afternoon with a coffee and a slice of cake, I don’t mind really, your suggestion.
