About Me:

I used to be 6 feet tall but as I got older I have shrunk to 5ft 10 inches. Rules me out for those ladies who want to meet six footers!

If I was lucky enough to have you ask me to describe myself, I would probably tell you that I am God’s gift to woman kind, but that’s not true. What I am is someone who is kind, caring, confident with a good sense of humour.

I carry a couple of extra pound round my tummy, but not too many and I believe in keeping myself fit. I am a none smoker and I do enjoy a couple of beers. If I am lucky enough to meet someone here, they would take priority over my regular games of golf, charity work and guitar playing….I no longer have to play air guitar!

Being a retiree, I am able to travel to meet someone, say an hour. Personality and a sense of humour are far more important than physical appearance. Having retired I no longer have to wear a suit, the casual look is what I favour. However when the occasion demands I can dress the part.

My ideal date would be someone who is looking for a soul mate, who wants to develop a friendship and then maybe a deeper relationship. Let me stress I am not looking for one night stands.

Ideal Partner:

My ideal partner would be someone who is warm, sincere with a great sense of humour.. Someone I would be proud to be seen with. Hopefully her interests and mine will intermingle and we can learn from each other. A lady who is just as happy to snuggle up close as well as treading the light fantastic.
