By day, I thrive in a career I genuinely love (no, really—I’m one of those people), but let’s be honest: work isn’t the whole playlist of life. Somewhere between the basslines and the office deadlines, I’ve realized there’s room for a little more harmony.

Music is my escape, my inspiration, and sometimes, my late-night dance partner (kitchen dance-offs included). Whether it's finding the perfect vinyl for a Sunday morning or getting lost in a live gig, there’s always a soundtrack to the moment.

I’m here for the kind of connection that feels like a great duet—balanced, vibrant, and just the right amount of unexpected.

I'm just below 6ft in height, if and when you meet me you'll probably think I'm shorter at first glance but I'm not. :-p
I'm shaven headed or aero if you will, sporting an athletic body and blue eyes. I'm sportier than a lot of guys my age, I cycle several times a week even in winter and frequent the gym to ensure that the top is almost as toned as the bottom half.

One of my female friends recently pointed out that I'm not like most guys my age, she then explained that that was a definite compliment, so I'll take it.

As I mentioned up above, I love music. I adore the album format and the thought that goes into albums that have consistent moods, themes and so on. The new digital music technology has kind of ruined it in my eyes as lots of artists now just release a collection of disparate tracks without good songs underneath. I love Pink Floyd, Springsteen, Foos and the Hold Steady. I missed going to gigs during the pandemic.

Stuff like Little Mix and One Direction we can skip.

I’m a lover of good books, great conversations, and the thrill of stolen glances. My humor? A little dry, a little wicked, and nearly always in good taste (unless you prefer it otherwise). I believe in savoruing life's indulgences, whether it’s nice wine, a favourite hobby, or, dare I say, a discreet connection.

I've been here before, it went well, ended and now I'm seeking new horizons.

Finally, lots of profiles complain about getting short rude messages sent, it would be nice for those responding to take their own advice. :-)

Someone who gets the thrill of chasing a little mischief and can match my energy for fun, depth, and a good laugh. Let’s rewrite the usual routine, maybe over a cocktail or with an impromptu adventure. Life’s too short to live it on mute, don’t you think?

e.g. If I were to suggest meeting for a coffee as a first step and you don't drink coffee, I'd expect an understanding that the invitation had greater breadth and included tea, hot chocolate et al.
