I'm well read, I love to travel and I think I've got a decent sense of humour to match my generally relaxed and laid back personality.

I would describe myself as having grey hair, I'm average size but in relatively good shape for my age. I'm a 40 something in a (slightly!) older man's body.

I'm university educated to Masters level and as a result I'm an expert in the field of fun and games.

I'm confident but not arrogant. Recently early retired and available to meet. Happy to lead but not control.

I'm more into Apocalypse Now and Taxi Driver and quality TV drama than reality or talent shows and I can't get enough of REM, Bowie and Abba but you can keep your Eminem to yourself !

My relationship status is married and that's not going to change but I'm looking for something that goes wherever it leads me. I've been along this path before and had a lot of fun and I'd like to see if I can be lucky and find someone to have fun with again.

Like many on here, my marriage is good but it lacks any form of intimacy, we are in a completely platonic relationship and have been for a long time, but I still miss the closeness that lovers find together.
