A young-at-heart 57 years old, I'm an adventurous spirit who loves, working out, swimming (and other water-sports), writing/reading and music - esp guitar.

With a successful career, I have worked hard (including service in the military).
I now work as a Snr PM and write (novels poetry).

Happy to discuss philosophy, classic films and literature (I'm a bit of a cinephile and bookworm); or just sit quietly and listen.

I'm seeking a woman who matches my passion for life with a little romance to add colour to the morning and heat to the night - or the other way round, it’s all good.
