About Me:

I prefer to be outside unless the weather is really foul. I like walking, exploring, discovering new things and sensations.

But I can also be happy curled up watching a film or reading a book.

I have been lucky enough to travel extensively for business and pleasure.

To keep fit I do yoga and Pilates, horse riding and, weather permitting, take long walks whenever possible.
