About Me:

So I don't find it easy, describing myself, it's difficult to do without sounding deluded or a right cocky prat, but we have to start somewhere right?
I think the most interesting people in life are like the middle aisle in Aldi, lots of different, random things you didn't know you needed until now.
I'm not sure if I'm that interesting but I'm worldly and have some unusual hobbies.. what I can say for sure that I'm tall, broad and in good shape, very open minded and adventurous, well travelled, hard working and outgoing.
My friends say that I'm attractive, down to earth, good fun to be with, easy to chat to and very laid back.. a glass half full type and definitely not a your typical 50 something.

How I see myself? Well, despite being laid back I'm also very confident, not arrogant but I have the kind of self confidence that comes with age & experience, as in the only thing I know for sure is that I don't know everything but neither does anyone else.

I'm looking for a lover, just the one, and not a new wife, a therapist or a shoulder to cry on, discretion is paramount for me as it should be for you.
Being in control of my own diary, daytimes/afternoons are most convenient for me to meet, the odd evening possible too, and keeping in touch between meets is very important to me.
I prefer to take the lead but happy to go with the flow in the right situation.

Not being desperate, or in a big hurry to meet someone, I'm happy to wait for Mrs. Rightnow to come along.
I don't have any strong preferences on age or hair colour, although I'm definitely not interested in anyone young enough to be my daughter, (by all means send your hot mum my way), the chemistry is either there or it isn't.
I am attracted to down to earth women around my own age who like to laugh a lot and who don't take themselves too seriously, pretentiousness is a big turnoff...as is text speak!
