Let me tell you about myself: I'm just a bunch of atoms obeying the laws of physics. 4.5 billion years of evolution and well...this is what you get:

Just your average 40-something guy who isn’t ready to trade passion for slippers just yet. I’m a kind, respectful gentleman with a hint of quirky mischief—and a naughty side that's been known to make a surprise appearance - probably at the wrong time. Bonus points if you appreciate a bit of geekiness too. Yes, I’ll absolutely hold the door open for you… then shut it behind us, leaving the rest of the world to wonder what we’re up to.

I’ve got a silly sense of humour that occasionally wanders into the dark side - but I can definitely laugh at myself! I have a range of interests - I’m into films and cars (no idea who’s topping the football league, though—I’m not that kind of bloke). I like to think I can chat intelligently about most things, and I’ve collected a decent number of travel stories along the way (the most common genre being travel misadventures). By day, I’m in a techy-ish job (but I swear it’s not IT), and I split my week between London and the converted shed at the bottom of the garden.

I've done this before and am genuinely looking for that special someone to click with and see where it goes. And by “see where it goes,” I don’t just mean what happens behind that aforementioned door — I’m talking real dates. Cinema, theatre, dinner, a quick getaway for more travel misadventures, you name it. Evenings work best for me, and I’m flexible on locations — London, Surrey, or the seaside in West Sussex (or anywhere in between in fact) I’m game. I’m also a fan of texting between meets because waking up to a nice message can make my day - and hopefully yours too.

As for the details: I’ve been told I’m like a posh Jason Statham—just over 6 feet tall, athletically built thanks to some decent genes and the occasional gym session or squash game. I do my best to stay in shape with the time I’ve got, and while my blonde hair is styled like Jason Statham’s, I like to think I bring my own flair (can't rely on good genes for everything i guess).
