About Me:

I was not kicked by a horse or lost in a haze of magic mushrooms. I had no visions or divine revelations. In other words, I have no reasonable, rational reason for being on this site other than sheer curiosity and a touch of bonkers midlife crisis.

I am as ordinary as the next man, aware of the lack of honesty and accepting the rapidly dissolving integrity. All is permissible at the promise of stepping outside the ordinary.

Don Juan, I am not.

I ski, I cycle, I surf, I write (poorly). None of these activities are achieved with anything resembling elegance or grace.


And yet—if conversation matters, unexpected humour occurs, or the occasional fleeting deep thought, or the joys of company, then perhaps, as George once sang, I am your man.

Ideal Partner:

Fun, easy-going, who is convinced that meeting up in real life circumstances is infinitely more interesting. Attraction and chemistry are easily apparent then.
