About Me:

I'm looking for one person to lavish attention and affection upon. I've got lots of free time and capacity to give someone fun and laughter, all underpinned by a generous spirit and lots of kindness. I believe that a day without laughter is a day wasted, so would hope that I can make you laugh, with bonus points if you can make me laugh.
I'm degree educated and would like to meet someone who wants to create some intensity and excitement. I'm very fit (done 4 marathons) and love to be out running, walking my dogs or exploring the countryside.
