About Me:
Well this is the face I was born with, and surgery never looks good so it's the face I'm sticking with. Hopefully it's at least handsome in somebody's eyes. My eyes are blue and probably one of my better features.

I'm fairly tall at 6ft, festively plump in build. At the time of writing I still have a full head of my own hair (increasingly salt and pepper in colour), my own teeth (thankfully not salt and pepper in colour) and functioning genitalia (again not salt and pepper in colour).

Reasonably well educated and articulate, I enjoy discussion and debate.

I have lots of interests in life, including comedy, Improv, 20th century history, cars and other vehicles and music. My music tastes are definitely varied but do not include Salt-N-Pepa.

I enjoy dining, and also cooking, although for health reasons I've cut down on salt (but not pepper).

I love to laugh, my sense of humour like my interests is varied. Described as dry but sharp-witted.

I am friendly, funny, polite and respectful. I can also be quite shy but I can definitely come out of my shell with the right person.

I suppose ideally somebody in the same situation who seeks the excitement and interest of meeting somebody new and becoming friends. Somebody interesting with a good sense of humour is a must.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but natural appearance is way nicer than fake over enhancement. Age is only a number too so if we gel in discussion then I've no issue if you are a bit younger or older than me.

Ideally you'd be like me in that you hate being on a site like this, but at the same time you find that you want to be here too. You don't want to change your home situation but you want a release from day to day life.

My preference is a non smoker, but light/social smokers are ok. It's definitely a no if you light your next cigarette from the one you've just smoked, or anything stronger from under the counter.
