I do this for fitness: gym, swimming, yoga & Pilates

I eat: some kind of berry with Greek yogurt daily

I last read: Gifted by Suzumi Suzuki

I cry along with good actors (which is less than you might expect)

I am otherwise stable

I’m trying to go pure with coffee (no milk/frothy cappuccino/cream) - it’s harder than l thought…

I’m a realist but I long for the day there will be peace on earth and also meeting myself on that duplicate planet in the parallel universe



My profile says Highlands but my reach is broadly central Scotland and thereabouts, into Edinburgh and also further North

I’m not going to be too prescriptive about an ideal man. Who after all would he be?

Just be genuine and generous of heart and mind and with your time and attention if we make a connection
