I’m 45, 5’3/161cm with long blonde hair, green eyes and a slim/athletic/perky physique (size 6). Cute, girl next door kind of looks with a very decent pair of legs. I have tattoos, so if they’re not for you, pass me by.

We all know why we're here, so I’ll keep this brief. I’m married with no children, and happily so. But I feel no one person can fulfil every need someone has throughout their life. Sometimes there's a desire for something more or different and this is one of those times for me.

I’m not a complete stranger to this site; I know how it works. Whilst I love the enhancement and naughtiness that messages can bring to something illicit, I’m looking to meet and develop something casual but intimate, and regular. I don’t do guilt and I’m not interested in drama.

I have a job that gives me a degree of flexibility when it comes to managing my time and location, but it can be intense at times. Spending time in nature provides counterbalance to my role. I’m lucky to live near beautiful countryside so I run two to three times a week and hike as often as I can. I love exercise and practice aerial yoga, mat yoga and pilates. I eat healthily most of the time too, but love the occasional naughty treat.

I am a softly-spoken, fairly laid-back northerner. I can initially appear shy and reserved but it won’t take much to entice me out of my shell. When you do you’ll find I’m affectionate, playful and witty. I can also be fiercely independent, feisty and very strong-willed, despite my diminutive stature and submissive nature. I know my own mind and what I want from this. However, I am unlikely to make the first move, on here or in person.

Ideal Partner:

Physically; middle-aged and in good shape is very appealing. As is tall, but that’s not an absolute deal-breaker. Attraction can be very subjective but it does need to be there and it needs to be mutual, obviously. I need both a physical and mental/intellectual connection with someone to be attracted to them.

Personality wise - I’m looking for someone confident and secure in both themselves and in an affair. I’m drawn to intelligence and quick wit. A man who can be patient when needed and allow me time to open up is a necessity. Be gentle with me. To start with.
