About Me:

Pros: I’m young at heart. A strong swimmer in the stream of life. I’m usually cracking a joke and smiling; ex Forces so civilian life in a suit is different and I’m gentle, caring and into seeing if there is one lady who can rock my boat as I will hers; but without changing things at home.

Cons: Not Ryan Gosling (or my hero Sir Sean Connery ….though I have a good imitation of his beard…) and my Costa coffee order can get embarrassing.

I'm happier in my old weekend trousers n out of my suit and wearing my wellies. I am happy in front of a fire in a country pub with a pint of good real ale and a good steak (rare) and a bottle of claret.

Your turn: tell me about you. Life is short and pleasure fleeting. I love walking in the hills as well as dining at restaurants - plus visiting ancient monuments, music of all sorts, libraries and museums. I like wine but also visiting the occasional pub. I’m relaxed and with a good sense of humour - passionate too.

Ideal Partner:

An intelligent, fun-loving, country walking enthusiast who loves museums, wonderful food, sophisticated surroundings (though I do like pubs too) fine wine. Intelligence is far more important than looks. You'll have been at college and missed those care-free days spent in bed with a partner making love.
