I am 5'8", 75kgs, brown hair with grey ones coming through, blue eyes with a slim to average athletic build. I like to keep fit by rowing and running, but I'm not a workout junkie!

I am in a marriage that I do not wish to end, however has been sexless for a long time, and she is more like my sister sadly. We can't have a physical relationship for medical reasons, so there is something missing in my life leaving a gaping hole.

This isn’t my first time on IE. Had a lovely previous affair with a someone I really clicked with, it was great fun while it lasted, but sadly now ended. So I am back seeking an interesting woman that is discrete, that wishes to stay with her current partner, but also has something missing in her life, needs that spark of excitement to fill that void.

I am a biologist by background and mad about animals, but now make a living in technical sales helping people solve their problems.

My hobbies and interests are quite eclectic. As well as being animal mad, I love classic cars and driving at track days, gardening, regularly going to the theatre, photography, music and going to gigs, cooking, roller coasters (yes really!), love going to museums, canoeing, cross-country skiing, fossil hunting on the beach and visiting the historic buildings/castles we have in this lovely country. I also enjoy working on the house which is a work in progress, so carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering and painting, as well as like fixing and tinkering, and do my own maintenance on the cars.

I prefer countryside over town, and being outdoors, enjoy walking in Ashdown Forest or hiking the south downs. But it’s not all activity, also love to veg out in front of the TV for a bit of box set bingeing, popcorn on standby!

I've lived in several countries over the years, and like to travel. On holiday, love a bit of beach for a few days, but then I'm itching to go and explore.

I enjoy witty wordplay, and being with someone with a similar dry sense of humour and fun to spark off.

I have a passion for music and amassed a diverse collection over the years. My taste ranges from blues, soul/funk, classic and prog-rock, reggae/dancefloor/dub, new-wave, dance/electronica, female singer/songwriters, folk and classical. So fav artists would include JJ Cale, Faithless, Howling Wolf, Led Zepp, Dreadzone, Pink Floyd, John Lee Hooker, Mozart, Aretha Franklin, Steely Dan, Delirium, Fleetwood Mac, Kate Bush, Underworld - to mention a few!

Cooking is also a passion for me, I cook every day from scratch as the healthier and tastier option. Not a fan of ready meals. Am particularly keen on asian food so regularly cook indian and malaysian dishes, also north african as well as classic european cooking.

Being a keen gardener is handy for the kitchen so I grow my own toms, chilies, aubergines, cucumber, peppers and courgettes, so its not all just pretty flowers for the bees!

I live in the Tunbridge Wells area so interested in meeting women south of the M25, happy to drive a bit. I am also in Cambridgeshire a couple of days every week, so East Anglia also works. Available to meet Mondays to Thursdays during the day or early evenings, as I have full flexibility.
