About Me:

This first part is the hardest. I work hard and earn a good living. However, when I'm not at work I try to enjoy the little things. I love to run - it's such a great place to have some alone time as well as bringing some balance to the noise in my work life.

As well as the running, I like to keep my brain relaxed by restoring things - my current project is an old grandfather clock! My patience is so-so with these projects. But it's a work in progress.

My absolute happy place is the beach. Not so much sunbathing! But walking. It's such a restful place to be. Failing that, I am a prolific walker and love to ramble through the country.

I'm fairly chilled generally - I've learnt not to take things too seriously, except for matters of the heart. My humour is pretty....sarcastic, so if you have that trait we're going to get on really well! There aren't many things that I deem inappropriate when it comes to giggling like a kid!

Yes. I'm single. I was married. I'm not anymore. This does not mean I'm trying to get intimate with every woman on here. Or that I can't keep your secret. Just the opposite actually!

There's a reason I'm on this site rather than a 'hook up' site. If there's a tiny bit of you that's curious then let's chat. There are, apparently, single men on here that are dicks! They're not helping my cause!!

I really am after only one woman - hence why I'm not on hook up sites. Messaging is important to me so if you find it hard to message fairly regularly then I'm probably not the right man for you.

I can spell, have good grammar, hold a conversation and am not counting down the minutes to the moment I can send you a picture of my hairless mole rat!

The age on my profile is genuine (I kind of wish it wasn't!) and my pics are all in the last year. I'm really looking for a woman that firstly can hold her own in banter and isn't afraid to take the piss out of any given situation. Including me! I'm not precious or easily offended - I like women that speak their mind. Humour is everything to me in a person. So is red wine...

If you're someone that likes to exercise then even better. That said, I'm not looking for super slim or hyper workout women. I like curves and a bottom I can feel!
