Ok here goes….

I’m 42 and married, but like many on here that spark has gone. So I’m looking to connect with one woman to reignite it. Dinner dates, evenings out and the odd pre planned weekend away….. not to mention some excitement and experimentation in the bedroom.

I enjoy the theatre & comedy clubs as well as a quiet bar or pub where we can find a table in the corner to chat about everything and nothing….

In my spare time I like to run (if my profile name didn’t give that away) I ran the London marathon last year, and if it wasn’t for picking up an injury had my second marathon booked for April, I also like to play football - only 5 a side now. I also try to make a gym session once a week!

I can be quite shy to start with but once I relax and come out of my shell I’m quite flirtatious and a bit cheeky.

I have my own business that does take up a lot of my time, but also one of the main reasons I travel around quite a lot. I live near Oxford but spend a lot of time driving up and down the M4 into London.

I’m rather short at 5ft 6” and a half - (the half is important lol) I have blue eyes and short brown hair that has almost vanished from the top of my head - thanks dad! I’m average build but trying to get back into shape.
