Hi and thanks for stopping by! The page is a work in progress...

On the face of things I'm a reasonably* good looking, fit, witty, charming, well mannered, well dressed, well balanced, happy-go-lucky person, although once you get to know me I can be a mass of contradiction, complex emotions, deep and intense.

*disclaimer on how reasonable you find those attributes ;)

I have been around this site before and have had some delightful interaction with some wonderful women (and a ton of ghosting, rudeness and downright weirdness - you know what I mean!..) But here I am, drawn back to it. Like many, I am in a long term marriage to someone I love, but that has lost the spark and we've become two friends living together, so I'm looking to regain that passion and energy in a relationship with someone else - How bad does that sound when you write it down? Still, I know it works from prior experience.

Physically, I am actually in reasonable shape as I lead a pretty healthy and active lifestyle. My dark brown hair is giving way to some silver highlights and the twinkle in the eyes is behind some varifocals...

I have a passion for reading and knowledge (not all of it useful). As a partner I'm caring, generous and giving.

The nature of my business takes me across the South West, which gives opportunity to actually conduct an IE, but it doesn't mean I'm a fly by night, or have a girl in every port! I have neither the inclination or energy to have more than one affair!

I'm open to questions, since this description can only ever be a thin veneer.

Ideal Partner:

Tough Question!
There isn't an ideal partner is there? I find myself blessed with the ability to find attraction in people (which is a curse when you try to describe an ideal partner!) so really anything goes!

I love humour, a great smile and there's something about twinkling eyes that can't be described which gets me every time. Anything else is negotiable and I really don't want to sound patronising either.

I guess I'm looking for someone who can put up with my slightly odd sense of humour, who wants an emotional and physical relationship, acknowledging the constraints of this kind of thing. The rest we'll figure out...
