Rare Breed

About Me:

Mooooo and hello! Unfortunately I'm no longer a young heifer. Having said that, the cattle market is not for me just yet. I'm not ready to be hung up and dried. The udders are still there, but doubly unfortunately, they probably should be hung up. Hanging down is not a good look. Still, one man's meat is another man's poison.....come taste me and find out. This old cow can't pretend to be premium rump, sirloin or rib eye. I would benefit from some long and tender stewing as that will bring about the tenderness too as opposed to being flash fried. Having said that, I'm not averse to a little bit of oil before you cook me on high heat, but I promise to keep myself warm so that the flavours really develop. The phrase is resting. But I have no wish to rest too long. You will come back for seconds. I hope....

Ideal Partner:

Looking for my bull. You must be that Rare Breed. Not too rare as blood dripping from my mouth is not a good look at this point. Give it time...

Not too overcooked mind you. Picking those gristly bits out of my teeth becomes a bit problematic. I am a great believer in quality over quantity and you should be too. Very fussy as to what goes in my mouth. I prefer to feed in natural environments and hope you do too. It will be stress free. My Rare Breed may take a little longer to mature. My Rare Breed may already be matured. Either way, I don't need you to be hung up for 21 days or hung up anywhere. Hang down if you like with me....
