New here!
Hi world of IE! I am new here, a little nervous and excited. Just wondering if you have any tips for someone venturing into this world for the first time…

I may be wrong, but I assume he was towards the younger end of your specified age range.
If so his behaviour would be typical and normal if not he is immature.
What did you seriously expect from a young man?

I’ve been here for a few weeks now and in the beginning had lots of messages, shiny new toy syndrome lol. Had to be clear on my age range. I have my own preferences on age and that’s means I’m clear on what I like not fussy as some previous comments stated. I met someone after a week and was floored at how great he sounded, looked and came across. We got on so well and planned to meet soon and just kept chatting....then he disappeared! No warning and previously said he wouldn’t ignore moe would be open! I’m now very guarded as to try again..

Be aware that the first time you have an affair, if it becomes more than a one off sexual encounter to the extent that you feel like boyfriend and girlfriend, it can feel overwhelming and heady. The sheer joy of it can be addictive. It can make you feel rejuvenated and that life is worth living again, but on the other hand it can also make you devalue what you have, disrespect your partner and risk everything to feed that addiction. You might fall in love no matter how hard you try to avoid it.
First affairs are especially dangerous. When they end, as they usually do, they can make you very down and negative about everyday mundane family life. The more mature of us have been through that mill and are aware of the potential downsides so are more capable of taking a balanced view and handling it better. We are aware that everything in life has a cost and that there is no such thing as risk free excitement.

You're here for a reason and only you know exactly what that is
So remind yourself what it is you really want from IE and then
be brave
be careful
be positive
do the things you really want to do even if the angel on your shoulder says NO!!!
dont confess - thats only going to ruin your home life
One life live it
If you have half the fun I've had then you'll have a huge smile on your face
Good luck
xx

Yup. Don’t go sitting under the apple tree with anyone else but me.
Seriously though. Be careful, discerning and simply have your Bull Shit radar on
