Unfortunately my biggest lifestyle change from previous affairs was learning self defence!
Meeting strangers can be a lot more dangerous than you first think but now I have experience I can get the right information before meeting and this keeps me safe x

I changed my life in order to have an affair. Shed fat, gained muscle mass, junked junk food, reduced my metabolic age by 15 years etc. Best decision of my life, regardless of its slightly twisted origin. Eventually ended up with an IE who was a personal trainer (I always liked a challenge).

Wanting an affair does not always mean wanting a quick shag. Men need affection and closeness too. A close friend, a friend you can tell anything to and experience physical contact with, something many people on here are missing out on with their partners.
Men need the same as women. X
