Good point Beckysharp, or if he didn’t want to see her again why not ghost her completely? It could be a case that he is trying to let her down gently and there is a but coming at some point but only time will tell, either that or he is trying to fill his black book up just in case!

Depends on the context- he said “you’re great” then you never heard from him again then he’s obviously a bit of a chancer. If he said “you’re great, can’t wait to see you again”, then that’s obviously a good thing???

Just noticed this started in 2021 so probably a bit late for my amazing advice!

True Stuart but it doesn’t actually tell us if he’s keen or lukewarm. I’m probably very cynical but to me that’s a deliberate tactic! He should either be saying he wants to see her again, or she’s not what he’s looking for. Why isn’t he doing that….
