2) secret credit card: cardless statements only! To settle the balance, he needs a...
4) Secret bank act: to fund it secretly, he needs an...
5) ...investment account.
As you see, a money launderer (laundry again) has it easier than your lover...
In my experience, the mistress' ability to spend secretly is tiny. which is why the OP seems untroubled by the laundry items above. Plus, (usually male) lover has to prepare the romantic date:
6) find a cocktail bar / restaurant: check availability, read reviews, see pictures, repeat
7) shop for.toys: not Lego. Read reviews, order online for collection in person
8) Go to collection point, take to date, charge ahead of meet

I come from a culture where having a mistress in not frown upon like in the hypocrite Anglo sphere.

All relations evolve and you don’t need to destroy a marriage if you respecting each others and often involve children, families, friends, finaces, etc... because you lack sex or just intimacy. then you go marry again with your mistress feeling you re in love and the same things happen again because well every flame dies one day if not reignited. A mistress should never become a wife or it will defy the purpose.

I love having a mistress because I feel no commitments makes the relation pure as if I was love at first sight but a mature love, without the little thing that destroy relations over time.

I've been the third person outside the marriage by choice for 2 years. Good sex and no commitment. I accepted I had to compromise and thats as it should be.

Paula99. It wasn’t a criticism. I was just stating what my experience was. I didn’t want to end it or, selfishly on my part, for it to end. What happened was she realised shortly after we started seeing each other that as a newly separated woman she wanted a ‘legitimate’ relationship with someone that was more available than a married man. And I don’t blame her one bit for that.
