Personally, no.

However it does matter to some, both sexes ... I've read profiles specifically excluding certain ethnic groups.

I freely admit that I have had no experience of dating someone with a different ethnicity, race, religion or skin colour. For that reason, these factors would play no part in my decision to start chatting with someone. Of course, something may become clearer as we chatted but that would be the case with someone's politics, sexuality, attitude to climate change or pets, etc.. I have no interest in selecting a possible IE based on any type of grouping as it's the individual that I'm interested in, not her socio-politico-economic group.
