New Year, New Me?
I have decided 2025 is going to be my year! One of my main priorities is to find happiness for myself as the past few years I have been very unhappy in my marriage. Has anyone any tips for a newbie?

Don't stress, relax have fun and find that connection with someone. Make sure you're getting out of it what you want too

Same year, same me!
I'd be happy if 2025 turned out to be just like 2024. On this soil, no war, no famine, no pestilence. Not even an economic recession. As for covert IE operations, personally I have no complaints, and most people on the forum remain hopeful, which is a good sign.
Tips for a newbie?
If you are looking back to 2024 and are thinking "meh", then count your blessings. And if 2024 didn't get you your IE, remember two things.
First, ian IE is the icing on your cake.
Second, you are not entitled to a cake.

Good Advice #Life is a Beach. May I add that while patients is a must in all this as some of are working hard, to that patients is also, there are one or two other.
I have been on here before, someone did contact me as they were local, we had a great emailing sessions which were fun for a couple of months, which even though I was going on holiday, did not stop us. We spoke to each other a couple of times when we could and I have to say she sounded quite elegant and educated, could even make excuses to get away and even wanted a quick meeting before I left. So, what went wrong!
Well, I received a couple of great pictures all very deaccent (the package stays wrapped till later) and all looked good. But then, the silence was totally defining. I did get an email at Christmas asking if I had been in a particular store shopping, I thought we might get things going again but again silence after.
For me its going to be a good year, so Happy New Year all.

Happy 2025 everyone!
If you are a complete newbie, there are a few things that come to mind.
Once you connect someone after a few messages, do meet them in a public place first. It is only when you meet them that you know if you really click or not.
If someone goes days without messaging you, it would likely mean they are either players or don't care about you. How long does it take to send a one-liner?!
Be mindful of other people's time and they should be mindful of yours.
Get planning for excuses that are close to the truth. Don't take any risks.
Last but not least, enjoy yourself, remember that you are here to get that extra bit of happiness, don't let anyone make you feel miserable!

Ask yourself what happiness looks like. Whatever that may be like: watching the sunset, a roller-coaster ride, intimate times. And be open and patient when searching for it…
