Wildest excuses you’ve told to avoid getting caught…
I’ve had my fair share of nerve-wracking moments over the years when I’ve had to think on my feet to keep my affair under wraps, and it got me thinking… I can’t be the only one, right?What’s the most creative excuse you’ve used, or the closest call you’ve had, to keep your secret safe?For me, I once had to fake a car breakdown to explain why I was “running late” coming home. Nearly got caught, but it worked!

Where is always true, what I’m doing often isn’t. When I’ve had longer dates with my IE I’ve been having a day out with my friend, Emma. Short, sweet, regular meetings, he’s a client I visit at home. (Not unexpected in my perfectly legitimate line of business.)

So I tend to try and hide in plain sight. I travel for work on occasion so that is ok and my hours are not set. Also I do really go our with friends and colleagues some evenings and I do go to hotels legitimately for meetings, conferences and to train others. I tend to often say where I am just not what I am doing. That way if my wife looks up where I am, which she has always been able to do on shared accounts, then it is where I said I would be. She has done that a couple of times to check when I would be home and saw where I said I was. I once got a parking ticket at a place but because she knew I was there all she said was remember to put your car reg in next time and called me a silly boy.
Seems to work so far.

When I was on fab and my ex fella caught me I told him someone stole my nudes and was posting them as I wouldn't put them out there myself he believed it 😅
