Single

I'm single and not ready for a full time relationship. Why do people feel the need to judge me on here? I don't want to ruin anyone's marriage

The thought of my children and friends finding out scares me more than a husband finding out!!! 😱

No judgement here.
We are all in IE for different reasons.
We have to understand each other.
You may be single and may want to date married or whatever.
You may be married and may want to date people in the same situation, or you may be happy dating Singles.
We are all different, we need to understand each other and not have a go. We all have different views.
The key is, no matter whether married or single, let's try to bring that spark to our lives.
Happy Christmas all!

Wow.

Hasnt this thread touched a nerve. I have a view, and some strong bitterness and reaction comes out because of it from someone I am no threat to...

Singles get the abuse here - this is a prime example.

Very judgemental.

Ho, ho, ho....

I’m certainly not naive nor do I wish to walk in your shoes.

The facts are if you are married with kids you have more to loose. With a married comes a financial commitment , a wife and children. If you’re single it’s different. My view and I’m entitled to give it as are you. I’m talking from experience are you?
I would never date a singleton again

Merry Xmas 👍

- If you don't know me, you dont walk in my shoes
- If you cant see there's a balance to be had with losses happening both ways, then you are naive
- 'Loss' is not exclusive to one side over the other - its the person, the character and the situation that's relevant to each individual
- When my first IE allowed his phone to be discovered, unlocked, his whats app messages, real names, my photos - then yes, there's an example of when blowing MY cover to be discovered by a wife - can be disastrous for me.
- If I wanted to date singles I wouldnt be here - would I??

So judgemental here. As the OP suggests on the post.

Merry Xmas..... be kind. We are all here for our OWN reasons, but to suggest blanket sweeping statements about one category loses, and one doesnt - is wholly inaccurate.

Really?!

Why would you as a single? Why would you loose your job or house if you were having an affair? What you do in your personal life is no one else’s business unless you’re bringing the company into disrepute. An affair, no? Having an only fans account or doing porn, then quite different.
You are single! They are married possibly with kids so yes they have a hell of a lot to loose. And yes it’s their choice and the risk they take.
I would suggest perhaps you just date singles then if you have so much to loose!

'Marrieds have more to lose.........'

YAWN!!!!!!! Pass me the Pringles, and my Prosecco is running dry.....

It appears to be a statement mainly made by Marrieds.... how would a married person know what a single person has to lose, or not, if discovered to be dabbling in the married market??? If you dont know the single person?
Trust me, some of us have a lot to lose... the roof over MY HEAD goes if my status is blown/employment ends/lack of morality is questionned.... AND as Ive repeatedly said - if my choice has always being to NOT have a husband of my own, I certainly dont want someone elses!! Ha, as if!

Why do marrieds think that everyone wants to belong in that club? The number of guys here having affairs is exactly why I dont want one of my own... my choice, we dont all want to be stuck at the kitchen sink wondering if my husband is dabbling here..I'd rather be the affair than cook and cleaner. Thanks!

Where's the Prosecco?....

Merry Xmas all!

Probably married people feel a little bit safer with other married people. I do understand the comment of not wanting to rock the boat.
I also agree with the comments from the single people a little annoyed at married perhaps not fully understanding of your single situation.
I strongly believe we are all learning. Personally to me it is refreshing to be with a guy in the same situation, however, if he was single I would very Probably choose him again
