Fulfilling Long-term Relationships
I was lucky enough to click with the very first guy I met on IE. It was short-lived and I assumed that was the nature of liaisons on a married dating site. This time I found another lover…and it’s been going strong for several years!!! We’re not in love, but we are completely in lust ….still!! Have others found similarly fulfilling long-term relationships here?

Yes, the first time I used the site. My first date was someone I had a seven year relationship with. Fantastic sex and a real connection. Unfortunately, she moved up north and things gradually petered out. A great shame.
Personally, I’m not interested in short term relationships.

Definitely worth it. More sexually rewarding as we knew exactly what worked. I found a friend here who did things to me I didn’t even know I liked or needed. That level of trust and openness both in the sheets and outside kept us interested for over 2 years.

I found a really good friend. As someone else mentioned, they seemed to present the attributes I felt I was missing. Although I probably wasn’t aware what I needed before we clicked.. For 2 years it was was more than great sex. And that never got stale… ever. In this weird little bubble of sin, trust and intimacy created the space for total freedom and comfort. In addition to honesty and respect for each other’s boundaries, it was great. I learnt so much.

Its tough for me to do *short term* relationships...I can't really handle the insecurity of it...all of my previous lovers have been long term but situations change and force you to evaluate your lifestyle...NSA sex isn't
easy and you have to put in 80%to get 20% out.
LT affairs are about the emotional support mechanism...the bit that is usually missing in a *normal* relationship because you never have time for each other...having an affair is not about counting the notches on the bedpost its about what you bring to table....
